ALTHOUGH THIS UNIT WILL NOT NORMALLY SUPPLY A NORMAL HOUSE HOLD IT WILL ALLOW HIM TO HAVE LIGHTS , RADIO, TV , CELLPHONE CHARGING, AND A FEW MORE THINGS BUT NOT ALL AT ONCE OR CONSTANTLY. BUT 20 DOLLARS A DAY FOR GAS IN A GENERATOR IS NOT AN OPTION EITHER. A BAG OF ICE, AND A COOLER IS. WE ARE MAKING A SOLAR HOT WATER HEATER AS WELL. BY 1:00 PM HE WILL HAVE ENOUGH WATER TO DO DISHES AND GET A NICE HOT SHOWER. THEN RELAX BY THE TV OR RADIO FOR A FEW HOURS ON STORED ENERGY. THEN GO TO SLEEP WITH A SMILE. IF HE GETS UP IN THE NIGHT HE CAN JUST TURN ON THE LIGHT. AND ITS ALL FREE. I HAVE ONE CONFESSION TO MAKE ABOUT THE ONE IN THE FIRST VIDEO THAT EVERYONE HAS COMPLEMENTED ON FROM THE BEGINNING. PART 4 HARBOR BREEZE CEILIMG FAN WIND TURBINE UPDATEApr 16, 2012 this is the fourth part of the analysis of the harbor breeze project. in the end of this video I list the problems and possible solutions for correction. step down transformers are in order for matching the wind turbines resistance to the batteries internal resistance. in electronics the maximum transfer of electricity is accomplished by matching transformers. this is a series of coils that make the impedance , or resistance of one power output , to the power receiving input, virtually the same. and the furling mechanism is a bit fast due to the over length of the cross over pipe. this piece is the piece of pipe in the framework that holds the alternator and boom to one side of the tower pole. if i shorten this piece, the unit will furl much later, and I might make a new furling tail that is more rugged. while recording this video , I had to climb up and replace the tail. after i was ready to record the power output again for some good readings, the pvc pipe tail section came loose again . unfortunately the tail fell and hit the ground breaking the pvc. I should have all this up and running at a nuch better efficeincy when I come back. MUDDy 
Mini wind turbine HAWT updateMay 22, 2012 Here is the update i promised The windspeed was about 7.5 to 9.3 miles/hour and sometimes a bigger gust I could easily charge the batteries It starts charging at about 250 rpm which i get in no time thanks to the super balanced prop. The propellor is normaly meant for a electric rc plane. Part 2 DIY PVC Wind Turbine Blades Steel Banded Reinforced Pop RivetMay 08, 2012 Please share this video - More info to come. I have come up with a modification to the PVC wind turbine blade that I would like to share with you. Simple as it may be, I fasten a strip of thin gauge steel to blades made from thin walled PVC drain pipe with pop rivets. This adds a great deal of tensile strength and stiffens the blade while still allowing it to flex. Another advantage is the materials are very light weight and cost effective and most of the structure runs down the spine of the blade

PART 9 HOW TO CEILING FAN WIND TURBINE OR DIGITAL TEST RESULTSMay 25, 2012 This is the update to the four bladed wind turbine we built in the spring. It has taken a while due to lack of wind and it not being on location here. I am finally relieved to have the test results that i feel I owe the fans and subscribers. I am glad to have it back where it is appreciated a lot more. the harbor breeze veiling fan that you see me starting in this video will cog a bit more ,but it will be doing a lot more for the success of the ceiling fan wind turbine evolution sciences . LOL At a projected 6.6 amps , I believe it to be a few steps ahead of the previous ones. I have already carved a 7.5 foot prop for this one. and if it proves to be a good low speed alternator, o will assemble the other Harbor Breeze and turn both of the matching pair into a vawt of about 5 foot wide and 6 foot tall. i believe that one on top and one on the bottom would make a nice amount of power and stability. Homemade Wind Turbine - UpdateApr 22, 2012 Here is a quick update of my Wind Turbine project. Currently, the turbine is charging my battery bank, but I hope to gride tie it soon. Still working on getting all my wiring finished up and correctly setup. The turbine is running 3 phase AC down to a DC rectifier which then connects to my charger controller.
